Since recovering from a devastating car accident in my early twenties, I have made it my mission to life hack healing, rehabilitation and a return to optimal wellness. The journey back to health after an injury can be a long and lonely path, but it's not one you have to walk alone. My commitment to my patients is that if I can't help you, I will find you the person who can. Everyone deserves that kind of support.
I know what it's like to live with chronic pain. I suffered for years with chronic neck and back injuries, debilitating migraines, and the lingering effects of a traumatic brain injury from the accident. My journey back to wellness inspired me to change careers so I could help other people find their way back as well. Stephanie utilizes her background of genomics and epigenetics to help her patients achieve wellness on a molecular level. She believes that when you remove the barriers to healing and give the body what it needs to recover, a return to a healthy state is inevitable.
Body, mind and spirit can't be separated. They all have to be healthy and in balance for optimal wellness.
